~ 30ml Tequila

~ 30ml Triple Sec

~ 25ml Lemon Juice

~ 5ml Lime Cordial

METHOD:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a salt rimmed glass.

Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel.

TEQUILA SUNRISE

~ 60ml Tequila

~ Orange Juice

~ Grenadine

METHOD:

Pour Tequila into a tall glass over ice, top with orange juice. Finally add a dash of Grenadine and watch the sunrise...

Garnish with orange or cherries.
