WHISKY

RUSTY NAIL

~ 60ml Scotch Whisky

~ 30ml Drambuie

~ Twist of lemon

METHOD:
Pour ingredients into an old fashioned glass and serve on the rocks.
Garnish With lemon.

WHISKY SOUR

~ 60ml Whisky

~ 1/2 Lemon (Cut into Chunks)

~ Tsp Sugar

~ 1 Egg White

METHOD:

Put lemon and sugar into shaker and muddle until sugar is dissolved. Add Whisky and Egg white, Shake with ice and strain into glass.

Garnish with maraschino cherry.
